Seriously?? Why in the world would I purchase an application that is meant to pronounce difficult medical terms if there is NO sound? This is rediculous!!!! Someone please fix this...NOW!! I have the 4s and by reading others reviews I am not the only one with this issue!

No sound! Kink of defeats the whole purpose of this app. No? No stars"......
Needs more terms
Has many helpful terms, however, it also lacks many pronunciations that would be helpful. I have found approximately 50% of the terms I wished were available.
